With more than 13 years of national and international recruiting experience and nearly 20 years of experience across technology, IT, business development, sales, and marketing, Carolyn brings a broad business perspective to every search.
Her recruiting career includes executive and technical search, full-cycle 360 recruiting, domestic and international executive placement, and working directly with C-level executives and decision-makers. She has developed refined search skills for identifying hard-to-find professionals, including those “needle-in-a-haystack” candidates who require a more targeted and persistent approach.
Carolyn is also known for moving searches forward quickly and delivering qualified candidates with a sense of urgency. Her ability to understand the needs behind a position, identify the right talent, and maintain consistent communication with clients has contributed to a strong track record of successful placements.
Her broader business background includes experience within the Oil & Gas and technology sectors, along with business development, consultative sales, marketing, and project management. This combination allows her to understand both sides of the equation: the business needs behind a search and the career goals behind a candidate’s next move.
Carolyn holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
